Indeed, during the manufacturing cycle of our mills, certain pieces of wood presenting visual roughness are discarded. To enhance these pieces, whose intrinsic qualities remain intact, a unique texturing is carried out, obtained by projecting crushed walnut shells onto the body of the mill. It gives this manual pepper mill a touch and an appearance that is both unique and natural. The body of the Paris Nature mill, entirely turned from PEFC™-certified wood, is then protected by an ecological varnish of plant origin composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the wood's natural character and ensure maximum longevity. .
