All the herbs that make up this blend are organic and wild. They grow in Languedoc, on the edge of the Cévennes and are picked by a few professional pickers who crisscross the scrubland with their sickle and canvas bag.
These herbs smell so good that they instantly transport us to a scrubland bathed in sunshine. It is rosemary that we identify first, followed by thyme and savory, and at the very end, the more delicate notes of oregano arrive. The whole is underlined by the powerful (but discreet) scent of lavender.
