This perfect combination to "boost" or regain energy is composed of: - green tea: renowned for its detoxifying properties, it is very rich in catechins - antioxidant substances which play a role in weight regulation - and in caffeine, which gently flushes out excess water and toxins.

- mate: traditional South American drink from the culture (custom) of the Guarani Amerindians. It contains a large quantity of natural caffeine and antioxidants for a stimulating and detoxifying effect on the body. Preparation suggestion

Prepare this hot tea:

Take 15 g of ORGANIC Brazilian DETOX for 1 L of water and heat to 80°C. Infuse for 4 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea:

Infuse 16 g of ORGANIC Brazilian DETOX per 1 L of water at room temperature for 20 minutes. Remove the leaves and place in a cool place.

Prepare this tea latte:

Infuse 8 g in a mixture of 25 cl of water at 80°C and 25 cl of hot milk (animal or vegetable) for 5 min. Create foam using the electric whisk.

Consume 2 cups/day to fully benefit from the virtues of this infusion. Does not replace a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
