Organic double blonde beer, Queute Double style with rye, 6.2% alc.

Research into beers formerly brewed in Picardy led Pascal to the trail of an ancient half-rye, half-barley beer. He wanted to discover and share these flavors unknown today.

Blonde-orange color. The nose is slightly smoky, with aromas of peach marmalade, notes of honey and caramel. Suave on the palate with a powerful sensation of rye bread cooked over a wood fire and fruit compote (peach, apricot), like a fine toast for a lunch in the countryside in Picardy. Very slight bitterness

Serving temperature: 8 to 10°C.
