Recipe No. 25, a Christmas must-have!

Inspired by the tradition of spiced teas, which has spanned the centuries from China through Russia to Indian chai with British influences, the N°25 collection also reconnects with the hot and spicy drinks of northern countries. Europe, an essential end-of-year holiday ritual. There we find the spirit of the Christmas markets, a taste of tradition, shared happiness and sweetness. Very comforting, this recipe is also available on a basis of black tea, rooibos or in fruity infusion .

Prepare this hot tea:

Take 6 g of tea leaves for 30 cl of filtered water and heat to 75°C. Infuse for 3 minutes.
