Harvested in the Quillabamba Valley by small independent producers, Chuncho Urusayhua cacao is among the finest and most complex cacaos in Peru. Only 15 to 20 tons are harvested each year and few chocolate makers like us are lucky enough to work with their beans.

Very technical to work with, the chocolate that we created from these beans has beautiful notes of red fruits (cherry, red berries) and hazelnuts. It is especially very smooth with a creamy side that gives it a beautiful length in the mouth.
