Today, it produces excellent quality organic cocoa while paying a fair price to local producers.

Encuentro was immediately captivated by its floral attack and its delicious citrus & caramel notes.

This tablet received the 2019 Epicures d'Or Award in the Chocolate category from a jury of starred chefs, food journalists and fine grocers.
