Summer Fizz Organic - Berlingot

Summer Fizz is a tangy creation to be enjoyed frozen. This invigorating green tea combines lime, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. Inspired by the codes of mixology, this original and tangy organic recipe can be enjoyed iced, simply cold infused, or in a cocktail.

Summer Fizz comes from organic farming and has been certified by Ecocert, an approved independent control body. This original scented creation has no artificial flavors or added sugar.

For the summer period, Palais des Thés is offering this limited edition creation in an ideal format for preparing iced tea: the carton. Very practical, each of the four XL muslins contained in a carton allows you to prepare 50 cl of hot or cold drink!

Preparation suggestion

Prepare this iced tea:
Infuse 1 XL Summer Fizz ORGANIC muslin for 50cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes then let the liqueur rest in a cool place.

Prepare this hot tea:
Take 1 XL Summer Fizz ORGANIC muslin for 50cl of filtered water and heat to 75°C. Infuse for 4 minutes.
