MANUFACTURING AND ARTISANAL KNOW-HOW

With varied patterns and shapes, Jamini tablecloths were imagined and designed in Paris, then they came to life thousands of kilometers away in the expert hands of our Indian artisans.

It is in the Jamini workshops, in India, that these Indian tablecloths are printed, using the “Block print” technique or wooden pad printing, which allows several layers of color to be applied to a cotton canvas in order to 'obtain floral or geometric patterns.

This is one of the traditional skills that Jamini is committed to preserving and promoting, and which gives our Indian tablecloths their unique and authentic character.
