Spiced Carrot Cake

In short Carrot Cake is a homemade mix for autumn, winter, and Christmas. It is similar to the "Pumpkin Spice" mixes very popular in the United States, a spice blend similar to our gingerbread mixes, used for the famous Pumpkin Pie or Pumpkin Tart at Thanksgiving dinner, or to make delicious carrot cake.

Profile With a dominant cinnamon flavor, our blend also contains ginger, Jamaican "pepper" better known as "four spices", tonka bean, green anise and a hint of cloves.

Use It is suitable for all seasonal desserts and pastries, also flavors a coffee latte or chai tea, but is also wonderful for seasoning homemade foie gras, or simply sprinkled on top when serving!
