Our curry is based on the classic European blend while trying to get closer to the flavors of South Indian food. It is very slightly spicy and brings a nice balance thanks to the freshness of coriander and cardamom and the heat of mustard, ginger and pepper. To make this blend, all the spices have been ground together to harmonize the aromas.
