Chocolate powder 70%

This powder, made from the same chocolate as the Encuentro bars, will allow you to enjoy a delicate hot chocolate with great aromatic richness.

It is made from our 70% Dominican Republic or 70% Haiti or 70% Guatemala chocolate (depending on production) which gives it roundness and smoothness. This powder therefore has the same organoleptic qualities and the same composition as our 70% bars.

To make a good hot chocolate, place 3 to 4 teaspoons of powder (20g to 25g) according to your taste in 90° milk and stir vigorously to melt all the chocolate ;)

A little tasting tip: In hot chocolate of course! But not only that: as a topping on pastries, chocolate mousses, tiramisu, in cookies! It's not for nothing that our chocolate powder is a bestseller at La Grande Épicerie de Paris ;)

This is not "cocoa powder" but rather "chocolate powder", our artisanal chocolate crushed and reduced to powder, for a much more gourmet and aromatic experience.
