Organic Cajun

This This organic Cajun blend initially evokes chorizo, thanks to the strong smoky paprika and garlic it contains. Next come the aromas of thyme and basil. Finally, the white pepper from Sulawesi lends the Cajun its earthy notes.
It's a powerful blend but not very spicy because we have deliberately reduced the amount of chili pepper.
