White Valley Its lemony character comes from roasted coriander and andaliman berries; its wild essence from thyme thymol; its freshness from cardamom; its warmth from black pepper; and its gentle acidity on the palate from sumac. On the nose, it charms with its citrus aroma enhanced by roasted and sun-kissed notes, followed by the freshness emanating from yellow cardamom. On the palate, it reveals a very subtle hint of spice.
