Recipe | White Chocolate Matcha Cookies

The spirit of spring blew this week... and with it a delicious desire for sweetness that I materialized with these superb matcha-white chocolate cookies 🍵
We might as well tell you that with such beautiful raw materials, this gentle snack was a real pleasure!

Makes about 12 cookies

1 egg
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 tablespoon Anatae Classic Matcha
150g Valrhona ivory white chocolate
180g flour
100g soft butter
80g brown sugar
1 pinch of salt

Coarsely crush the white chocolate pistoles. Mix the flour, sugar and egg. Mix well. Add the yeast, butter and matcha. Mix, then add the crushed pistoles.

It's time to mix with your hands so that everything is well combined!
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, form small balls (about the size of a golf ball), and space them sufficiently apart.

In the oven preheated to 160°C, bake for between 9 and 11 minutes.

Take out, let cool and admire your delicious homemade white chocolate and matcha cookies!
