Prepare this hot tea:
Take 6 g of tea leaves and heat to 90°. Infuse for 5 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea:
Take 16 g of tea leaves for 1L of water. Infuse at room temperature for 30 minutes. Once the infusion is ready, let the liquor rest in the fridge.

Prepare this tea latte:
Infuse 8 g in a mixture of 25 cl of water at 90°C and 25 cl of hot milk (animal or vegetable) for 5 min. Create foam using the electric whisk.
