Trade Winds Tea

Thé des Alizés is a green tea with flavors of white peach and orange blossom. An escape to the South Seas.

Served both hot and iced.

Preparation suggestion
Prepare this hot tea:
Take 6 g of tea leaves for 30 cl of water and heat to 75°. Heat for 3 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea:
Take 15 g of tea leaves per liter of water at room temperature,
Leave to infuse for 30 minutes, remove the leaves and place in a cool place.
