Discover this Tandoori masala, a tasty and aromatic blend made with ingredients such as coriander, cumin, ginger, and cloves.
Ideal on meat but also on roasted tofu!
Take a tandoori masala dish out of the oven and you will be immediately assailed by the sweet, fresh, lemony aroma of coriander and cumin, and the pungent aroma of ginger and cumin; all enveloped in the discreet roundness of the clove.
💡 Recipe idea: With tofu or sprinkled over vegetables. Simply brush (wrap) the food with oil, then generously sprinkle with tandoori masala. Massage everything in to evenly distribute the oil and the mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at a high temperature. The smaller the food, the hotter the oven should be.
Among the best hits are whole cauliflower in a tandoori crust, paneer (fresh Indian cheese) which can be replaced with tofu or halloumi, and aloo tikka (potato skewers).
Note: Shira Spices does not add any coloring, which is why this mixture has a brownish tint.
