Discover this Organic Tandoori masala is a tasty and aromatic organic mixture, composed of ingredients such as coriander, cumin, ginger and cloves.
Ideal with meat but also roasted tofu!
Take a tandoori masala dish out of the oven and you will immediately be assailed by the sweet, fresh lemony scent of coriander and cumin, and the pungent scent of ginger and cumin; all enveloped in the discreet roundness of cloves.
💡 I have recipes: With tofu or sprinkled on vegetables. Simply brush (wrap) food with oil and then sprinkle generously with tandoori masala. We massage everything to distribute the oil and the mixture well and we put it in the oven, after a preheating time at high heat. The smaller the food, the hotter the oven should be.
Among the best hits, whole cauliflower in a tandoori crust, paneer (fresh Indian cheese) which can be replaced by tofu or halloumi and aloo tikka (potato skewers).
NB: Epices Shira does not use any coloring, which is why this mixture tends to be brown.
