Our meeting with Bertil Akesson, a producer in the Sambirano region in northern Madagascar, allowed us to discover his exceptional cocoa from his Bejofo property.
We love its frank notes of citrus, yellow fruits and raspberry with a slight acidity characteristic of Madagascar.
