The sweetness of the fig combined with the character of the olive, for a subtle and original olivade. To be enjoyed on toasted toast as an aperitif.

  • As a canapé: spread a little Fig Olive Purée on bread, add a quarter of a fresh fig and possibly a little fresh goat's cheese.
  • On toast: spread Fig Olive Purée on a crouton then add the cheese of your choice.
  • In soldiers: with a boiled egg.
  • As a bite: place a bed of green salad in the bottom of the spoon. Put a little Fig Olive Puree on top, then add a quarter of a cherry tomato and a piece of feta.
