Malabar White Pepper

This organic white pepper comes from small traditional farms in Kerala, India, where mixed farming and biodiversity are the golden rule. It has a slightly animal aroma reminiscent of sheep's cheese, and a warm, tangy side, reminiscent of ginger.

It is not very spicy, with a very nice length in the mouth and flavors of exotic fruits, such as papaya and ripe mango.
