This This organic sweet paprika is produced by a small family business located in the Murcia region of Spain. It exudes a deep, intense, and very fruity aroma that is simply sublime. It also has a hint of tomato and bell pepper, and a lovely sweet warmth.

Also called pimentón de Murcia, after the region where it is produced, this pepper, the size of a large cherry tomato, has benefited from a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO in French or DOP in Spanish) since 2008.
