Fir Honey

A honeydew, collected by bees in mountainous areas, on fir needles, a specialty of the Vosges. It is harvested in the Hautes-Vosges in mid-June and sometimes until the end of August.

Honey harvested by Léo and Anthony and packaged in a recycled and recyclable metal box.
