This organic gingerbread mix is aniseed and warm, and the main part has been given to ginger and cinnamon. It is based on the classic French recipe: cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg. There is the addition of green cardamom and coriander seeds to give a little oriental touch. Finally, a little white pepper is added to bring power to the whole.
