Created in 1876 by the Thevenet family in the heart of the village of La Clusaz, the Aravis Distillery is getting a makeover in 2020 and the adventure continues from now on with Sarah and Romain, the happy successors. These brothers and sisters are perpetuating a long family tradition. They grew up in the warmth of the stills in their parents' distillery before striking out on their own and reviving the Aravis distillery. Today they share with us the recipe book that has been passed down from generation to generation in their home with this Whiskey-Chestnut liqueur.
