A digestive liqueur, a specialty of Pontarlier invented by Armand Guy in 1902, using fir buds and around thirty plants
Harvested by hand around Pontarlier, the fir buds are dried in an attic to concentrate the aromatic essences. The dried part will infuse the distilled part of the buds bringing all the taste and aromas of the woods, in accordance with the power of the fir sap.
