This hot chocolate spice blend is naturally inspired by the classic spices used to enhance it: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. We wanted to add black cardamom to evoke the fireplace and winter holidays.

This blend has very warm notes that highlight the chocolate and give it more flavor. Thanks to these spices, chocolate can express other olfactory and taste facets; in particular, they reveal the roasted side of a chocolate or its tangy side.
