Organic Wild Pistachio Dukkah

“Crispy Egyptian blend, dukkah as a finishing touch on all dishes”

This organic dukkah is a delicious, rich, crunchy and easy to use mix. Originally from Egypt, it traditionally contains sesame, coriander, cumin, fennel, thyme and salt. Pepper and roasted hazelnuts were also often added. This mixture constituted, like the za'atar , a balanced and inexpensive meal thanks to its protein, mineral and vitamin content.

In our dukkah, the flavor of roasted pistachios and hazelnuts immediately envelops the palate. Then come the lemony notes of coriander and cumin, and the little spicy touch of pepper and thyme. We deliberately made it very lightly salted.
