It's a ready-to-use blend (it already contains salt), extremely simple to prepare, delicious, and pairs well with a wide variety of foods. It delights both meat lovers and vegetarians alike… which is saying something.

We use organic specialty coffee roasted by Esperanza Café, an artisan roaster based in Seine-Saint-Denis. We chose Sumatran coffee for its strength and long, lingering finish.
