Delicate black tea enhanced with a sumptuous cocktail of spices inspired by Indian tradition.

At the crossroads of Indian influences and French refinement, discover this exclusive creation. Chai Impérial (pronounced "tchai") is distinguished by its blend of precious spices such as cardamom, cinnamon or pink berries.

Sprinkled with a mixture of spices called "massala", it is a tea with gourmet and warm notes that can be enjoyed plain or with milk, as Indian tradition dictates.

Preparation suggestion

Imperial Chai can be enjoyed in 2 ways:

The “Western” method: infuse the desired quantity of Imperial Chai in water at 95°C for 4 minutes.

The Indian method for a Chai Latte: infuse the desired amount of Imperial Chai in 2/3 water at 95°C and 1/3 milk. Add sugar and let infuse for 4 minutes.

Prepare this hot tea:
Take 6 g of tea leaves for 30 cl of water and heat to 95°C. Infuse for 4 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea:
Take 16 g of tea leaves per liter of water at room temperature, let infuse for 45 minutes, remove the leaves and place in a cool place.
