In the late 2000s, the young man worked for two years in a restaurant on the Spanish beach of Marbella. He discovered that Andalusians don't have Andalusian sauce to go with their fries. They eat patatas bravas: a kind of "Andalusian-style fries," served as tapas.
Brussels Ketjep now offers another BK sauce – the Brava – with a Belgian twist. The taste of Andalusian sauce boosted by the spiciness of patatas bravas.
