The block of 5 slots (4 large blades and 1 small blade) recalls the parallelepiped of raw wood from which Opinel knife handles are shaped. The lines are sober and pure, beech wood is in the spotlight.

The slots are through to facilitate cleaning, the blades are protected. Silicone pads to protect the work surface.
