Organic Murcia Smoked Hot Paprika

This Organic hot paprika is produced by a small family business located in the Murcia region of Spain. It is smoked with holm oak wood, which gives it a deep, intense and very fruity aroma... simply sublime. It also has notes of tomato and pepper as well as a nice sweet heat.

Also called pimentón de Murcia, from the name of the region where it is produced, this pepper the size of a large cherry tomato has benefited since 2008 from a Protected Designation of Origin (AOP in French or DOP in Spanish).
