The autumn and spring equinoxes are moments outside of time, when day and night find their perfect balance. Composed of petals of Jasmine, Tagetes and Cornflower, this bold blend captures the essence of the passage of time and the cyclical nature of nature. As with all our edible flower compositions, purity was at the heart of our research.

JASMINE, SPRING RENEWAL

A true embodiment of spring, jasmine, its creamy white petals and its captivating scent symbolize renewal, the awakening of nature. Its characteristic taste, slightly sweet, is reminiscent of vanilla and honey.

THE CORNFLOWER, THE BEAUTIFUL CENTAURY

Cornflowers are the summer in full swing. Star of cosmetic products, recognized for its multiple virtues, cornflowers have a sweet, slightly herbaceous flavor. The soothing blue of their petals evokes peace, fullness, the immensity of the sky.

TAGETE, SUMMER IS SLOWLY FADING

The tagetes and its bright orange petals are a nod to the blazing sun that we would like to keep a little, on autumn evenings. This luminous touch recalls the vitality of nature and brings a burst of brilliance to the composition. The tagetes is an edible flower with a slightly spicy flavor.
