With AOP Comté cheese aged for at least 12 months , produced by the Fromagerie du Revermont . Located in Balanod, this fruit producer collects milk from around fifteen producers, which it transforms into cheeses matured on site and fresh products.

King of the Jura highlands like aperitif trays, our good old County AOP would have made a big fuss of us if we hadn't devoted his bricelet to him. There meeting between the fruity character of His Excellency and our local “savoir-iron” is a jewel of delicacy which will delight all palates . Each of its outputs from the packet is crowned with such success that the sad fate of our bricelet in the County is to end up… decapitated.
