Preparation suggestion
Prepare this hot tea:

Take 16 g of tea leaves for 1L of water and heat to 90°. Infuse for 3 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea:

Infuse 16 g of tea per liter of water at room temperature for 1 hour. Once the infusion is ready, let the liquor rest in the fridge.
